Students can log in, open New Appointment, and submit their concern, schedule, and modality. Teachers can log in, open New Referral, search for a student, and submit a referral to guidance. Guidance reviews and manages these requests from their dashboard.

No. LIWAGCares supports face-to-face, online conferencing, and online messaging. It extends guidance services online, but students can still meet with the guidance counselor in person when scheduled or when school policy requires it.
Students and teachers can reset their password from the Sign In page using Forgot password. Enter your registered email, request a 6-digit code sent to Gmail (or your school inbox), then choose a new password. Guidance and administrator accounts still need to contact the IT administrator for a reset.
